26 students earn Certified Nurse Assistant credentials

Twenty-six Pattonville High School seniors earned credentials as a certified nurse assistant (CNA) after passing the Missouri State CNA Certification Exam at the end of this school year.

The School-Community Relations Department earned the National School Public Relations Association's Gold Medallion Award, the highest award given by the Association in recognition of outstanding educational public relations programs. Pattonville won in the category of Comprehensive, Strategic, Year-Round Communication Program.

The June 9 Pattonville Board of Education meeting will take place virtually to honor St. Louis County’s stay-at-home order and ensure the safety of our community, board and staff. The special budget session starts at 6:15 p.m. and the reorganization meeting and regular open meeting will start at 7 p.m.

Graduates receive diplomas during special Senior Send Off event

The Pattonville High School Class of 2020 received their diplomas on June 4 during a special Senior Send Off event at the school. The plan moving forward includes a formal graduation ceremony at the St. Charles Family Arena on Thursday, July 16.

As a school community that values and celebrates diversity as a strength, we see the pain our students, staff, and community are experiencing. Recent events underscore that we as a society have much work left to do to ensure African-American friends, neighbors, and colleagues can thrive in the world without fear or encountering barriers to success.
