We offer graphic design and print services for Pattonville staff, as well as bindery, mailing services, and courier services. Courier services are for district use only.
Job Ticketing – Placing an Online Order
All print jobs have an associated cost. Employees associated with building account codes in the job ticketing system will be able to submit a print job ticket. For questions related to job ticketing, consult your building secretary.
The Print Shop can only accept originals in digital format (PDF is best). Do not send a hard copy. For assistance in scanning hard copies contact your building technology support person.

Note: Print jobs that reach an unusual or higher than average estimated cost may require approval from building administration before being processed.
Graphic Design
The Graphics Specialist can create designs and layouts for programs, flyers, covers, and posters. Services for Graphic Design have no associated cost.
Building Copiers
All printing done on building copiers and printers have an associated cost. Each building has copiers available for printing basic jobs with staple finishing. For more complicated finishing or custom jobs, submit a print job ticket. Copiers have the lowest printing cost, so it is preferred that jobs that require multiple copies are printed directly to the copiers.
Mailing and Courier Services
Print services provides pick up and delivery of all internal mailings, as well as United States Postal Service for the district only*. Each school mail room or office has pick-up boxes for outgoing and internal mail.
*Pattonville Courier Services are provided for district use only. Personal mail or packages are not included. Speak with your direct supervisor if you have questions.
In-Building Printing FAQs
What is "follow-me" printing?
By selecting Follow-Me as a "printer", the job is sent to a queue that can be released only upon signing into a copier and releasing the job. This is an excellent option for printing confidential documents and prevents abandoned copies.
How do I sign into a copier in my building?
You can scan your ID badge or pull out a keyboard from the under the screen to type in your Pattonville username and password. You can sign into your Google Drive on a copier in your building and print documents directly from your Google Drive or scan documents directly into your Google Drive.
How do I scan a hard copy?
The copiers in your building have the ability to scan. Additionally, anyone with an iPhone or iPad can use the Files App to create a true scan of a document, which can then be transferred to a a different device via email or airdrop.
How do I print in color in my building?
Select a copier named "XX-Color" (XX will be your building's initials). When the PaperCut window opens, select the actual copier from the dropdown and click OK. The smaller printers in the buildings will only print black and white jobs.
