Board Actions

The board of education on Sept. 14:

  • Reviewed and accepted an evaluation of the district’s Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) program; view the presentation or read the report;
  • Approved paying $1,612,515.07 for regular bills;
  • Approved, subject to audit, the financial statements for the month of August 2021;
  • Approved paying $283,319.02 for purchases made on the district's purchase cards, which earned the district a rebate of nearly 1% (or $2,748.19);
  • Approved a contract between Pattonville and the Special School District for general education services for homebound students for the 2021-2022 school year;
  • Approved the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) special education plan and its implementation in Pattonville's early childhood program;
  • Approved paying $1,467 to Tueth, Keeney, Cooper, Mohan & Jackstadt, P.C. for legal services;
  • Readopted a resolution declaring the month of October 2021 as Disability History and Awareness Month in the Pattonville School District;
  • Approved the renewal of Microsoft subscriptions from Insight for $29,523.96;
  • Approved a quote for the conversion of the existing Sonitrol alarm system to the Bosch alarm system for $23,162.00 from Interface Security Systems;
  • Approved the renewal of MoreNet and Zoom licenses through the University of Missouri for $29,839.04;
  • Approved the renewal of TimeClock Plus software and hardware support and maintenance from TimeClock Plus, LLC, for $19,201;
  • Approved the renewal of support subscriptions for BusinessPlus with Powerschool, Inc., for $57,088.73;
  • Approved the renewal of PowerSchool maintenance and support services agreement for the PowerSchool student information system with PowerSchool, Inc., for $36,604.38;
  • Awarded a bid for mobile internet access for students to AT&T for $6,380.00 monthly or $76,650 annually;
  • Approved the purchase and installation of a mail processing and shipping solution (mailing system) from Quadient and Bowman's Solutions, LLC, for $13,964;
  • Approved the purchase and installation of furniture (75 desks and one table) at Pattonville Heights Middle School to EducationPlus, care of CI Select, for $20,942.72; and
  • Approved the purchase and installation of an LED scorer's table at Pattonville High School from Daktronics for $17,941.

  • Patricia Nester, a cook at Pattonville High School, passed away on Aug. 27. She served in Pattonville for three years.
